COOKINA for modern industries  S.A.E. ,is considered one of the new leader companies working in field of manufacturing ,grinding and packaging of edible salt, under the registered trade mark  ”COOKINA", the business which is operated by a high qualified and professional team work.

SINCE 1997, we have focused on the activity of importing ,exporting and trading of all types of salt (table, kitchen, industrial, medical and anima feed salt). We are also able to cover all of our customers demands concerning any special particle size of salt using high effective processing of grinding and sifting technology. The weight of our product packages is valid in a wide range starting from 100 gm up till 50 kgs. Our current turnover is around USD 2 millions.

RECENTLY, we are planning for a new project to produce the PDV salt (pure dried vacuum salt)locally in Egypt, using the most up to date technology in this respect, which produce a highly purified and refined vacuum edible salt. We ,by this project, will be the pioneer of this industry in Egypt.

ACCORDINGLY, the authorized capital of Cookina company has been increased, early this year, to USD 20 millions to cover the direct investment budget of this new project which estimated to reach at least USD 10 millions. Also, the expected annual turnover of this new project could reach USD 10 millions.
